Gold hit new all-time highs, and Canada's Yukon just delivered its biggest discovery in years—a $2B deposit that's pulling capital back into the district.

In this research report, we examine how a specific type of deposit in the Yukon is creating outsized returns, and what it means for neighboring exploration-stage companies like Gold Strike Resources (OTC: SADMF).

The Return of The Great Yukon Gold Rush

Industry renowned resource investor Rick RuleRick Rule recently wrote to his network about what's happening in Canada's north. His message was blunt: "the Yukon is hosting a modern gold rush that most investors have completely missed."

He argues the district remains underexplored, yet it is already delivering scale and repeatability. He points to a hard datapoint: "more than 20 Moz of gold have been discovered in a 100 km stretch."

Two of the main anchors are Snowline Gold Corp.'s Valley deposit at more than 7.9 Moz of Au in measured and indicated plus additional in inferred , and Banyan Gold Corp.'s AurMac 2.27 Moz Au and a further approximate of 5.45 Moz of Au of inferred .

The market is rewarding results. Yukon companies that deliver strong exploration results have seen their shares rise 200 to 300 percent over the past year.

Recent Yukon Headline

  • "First-of-its-kind" discovery in the Yukon

  • "One of the few assets globally that can move the needle for a mid or large cap miner"

  • Could fetch roughly C$4–6 billion if bought in the next 12 months

Carson Block, the Muddy Waters Capital founder who is known for being an aggressive short seller, just went on CNBC to say he is long on Snowline Gold. Block thinks Snowline gets bought within about three years. If it happens in the next 12 months, it could fetch roughly C$4–6 billion. This is a big vote of confidence for Yukon gold companies.

Thesis Summary

Why Gold Strike Resources (OTC: SADMF) Deserves Your Attention

1

A Breakout Gold Market

Gold has rallied 50%+ this year, hitting all-time highs. When the metal runs like this, the market doesn't just reward ounces in the ground, it reprices credible exploration stories.

2

Discovery Drives the Biggest Repricing

Producers generate cash flow and developers attract growth capital, but historically, explorers with discoveries have shown higher volatility and potential leverage to gold price movements.

3

Yukon Corridor With Proven Repeatability

This year brought fresh proof from multiple teams and the market is rewarding it. Prospector Metals (+859%) hit a new high-grade zone at ML called TESS. Snowline (+139%) added the Celestic target at Cynthia from surface sampling. Sitka (+240%) confirmed a third intrusion related deposit at RC Gold.

* The foregoing exploration results are from third-party properties and are provided for geological context only. Mineralization on adjacent, nearby or geologically similar properties is not necessarily indicative of mineralization hosted on Gold Strike Resources Corp.'s properties.

4

Direct Adjacency to a $2B Discovery

Gold Strike Resources Gold Strike One Project is located less than 500m south of the southern extent of Snowline Gold Corp.'s Valley Deposit interpreted resource pit.

5

Vendor Skin in the Game

The established relationship with project generator LIRECA Resources Inc. accepted roughly 90% of the deal consideration in common shares of Gold Strike Resources Corp., showing alignment with long-term shareholders.

Recent Development

Former Co President of Barrick Gold, Jim Gowans, has joined Gold Strike Resources Corp. as chairman of the advisory board. As CEO of Arizona Mining, he led its 2018 sale to South32 for about US$1.4B. His extensive expertise in corporate governance and industry knowledge is expected to enhance Gold Strike Resources Corp.'s strategic vision and strengthen their ability to execute on key initiatives.

Why Gold Strike Resources is a Standout Story

Gold Strike's setup is straightforward. One project sits beside a $2B discovery. The other blankets the intrusive engine that feeds the district.

Start with Gold Strike One. The 5,510 acre block partially surrounds Snowline Gold Corp.'s Valley gold deposit. The southern project boundary is less than 500m of the interpreted resource pitshell for Snowline's Valley Deposit.

One detail that quietly says a lot is how the vendors chose to get paid. They elected to take roughly 90% of the consideration in Gold Strike equity, including 24,745,620 escrowed shares, with about $2 million in cash. That is not a hit-and-run structure.

Gold Strike Two adds depth. The 14,495-acre block sits ~15 km east-southeast of Valley and covers much of the Rogue Pluton—the intrusive engine behind many RIRGS deposits in this corridor. 2024 fieldwork outlined coherent gold trends that line up with alteration seen in satellite imagery. Glacial retreat has also exposed fresh outcrops, opening areas earlier programs couldn't reach.

Why You Need to Know About RIRGS

Without the jargon overload, here's the simple truth: Yukon works because it's populated with the same type of gold system that made Snowline's Valley deposit, RIRGS, or Reduced Intrusion-Related Gold Systems.

Think of it like this: a blob of magma cools underground, cracking the rock and letting gold-rich fluids seep in, forming sheeted quartz veins that repeat over and over again. The result? In some systems, long, consistent drill intercepts starting near surface, have been reported which is favourable for open-pit mining.

That's the beauty of RIRGS deposits:

They start shallow (cheap to mine)

They repeat (easy to scale)

They occur in clusters (one hit often means more nearby)

* These are general characteristics of RIRGS-style systems and do not constitute a determination that Gold Strike Resources Corp.'s properties contain economic mineralization or are suitable for mining.

The pattern is repeating across Yukon. Prospector Metals reported 44 m at 13.79 g/t gold at the TESS Zone on its ML Project. Sitka confirmed its third reduced intrusion related deposit with 152.1 m at 1.00 g/t from surface. Snowline kept building around Valley with new RIRGS targets.

* References to third-party exploration results are for contextual background only. Mineralization on adjacent or nearby properties is not necessarily indicative of mineralization on Gold Strike's properties.
